What this site collects

We do not run an account system or payment system. The “Explore a research collaboration” page keeps your planning notes in your browser only, as described below. Two online forms are open on this website: an exploratory programme-financing enquiry and a programme-updates registration, both described below. Research-collaboration enquiries are made by email; that page’s online form is not active. You can always contact us by email instead of using a form.

If you email [email protected], your message is processed as ordinary business email (including standard mailbox security and retention practices of our email provider). Please do not send personal health information, clinical records, or patient-identifiable data.

Cookies and analytics

This public site is intended to operate without advertising cookies. There is no advertising tracking on this website. Hosting may create technical logs (for example IP address, user agent, and request time) needed for security and reliability.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and page performance in aggregate. It does not set cookies, use advertising identifiers or build a profile of you. Cloudflare, our hosting provider, processes the request to produce these counts and retains them under its Web Analytics service.

On the Digital programme finance page, this website’s own event endpoint, run on Cloudflare, also records a small number of named interactions: opening the page, viewing the architecture section, opening an answer, or following a link to Funding use, Evidence, DeSci, Programme financing or Contact. Each record holds only the interaction name, the page path, the time, any campaign tags (UTM) in the link you arrived by, and which link or section was used. The endpoint does not record your name, email address, IP address, browser or device details, investor identity, wallet details or any health information. A campaign tag that contains an email address is discarded, and any other field is ignored.

These interaction records are stored in Cloudflare Workers Analytics Engine and are deleted automatically when that service’s retention period ends; this website does not set a longer period. If that storage is not configured, nothing is recorded. Campaign tags are kept in this tab’s session storage and copied onto that page’s links to other pages of this website; other information in the page address is ignored. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, these interaction records are not sent.

Research collaboration planning tools

The “Explore a research collaboration” page lets you answer optional questions, build an agenda of topics and write your own questions. Your optional answers, agenda and questions are stored in your browser for this tab’s session. Browser session-restoration features may preserve them. You can clear your answers and remove agenda items using the page controls. These planning contents are not sent to NWPharmaTech.

To show whether online enquiries are available, the page makes one extra request to this website. That request contains none of your answers, agenda items or questions.

Links you copy from the page contain only the page’s content version and the identifiers of the public topics and cards you selected. They never include your answers, your questions or any contact details.

Discussion briefs are created in your browser. Printing a brief or saving it as a PDF does not send it to us.

Programme updates and online forms

Two separate online forms are open on this website: programme updates, and an exploratory financing enquiry. Each works only while the email service and the security check are configured. If a setting is missing, the form stays hidden, the page says that nothing has been sent, and the email route remains. Research-collaboration enquiries on “Explore a research collaboration” remain email-only.

Register for programme updates

Purpose. Occasional programme news you asked for. News only. Not a financing enquiry, not an investment waitlist, and not a request for health information. The updates form does not ask you to express interest in financing, and the financing form does not require this registration.

The form asks for your email address and, if you choose, your name, plus consent. You are not registered until you open the confirmation link in the email. The on-page message means the email service accepted the message for delivery. It is not proof that the message reached an inbox.

Processors. Resend sends the message and holds the programme-updates contact, including the opt-in record. Cloudflare Turnstile is the anti-abuse check. Turnstile may process technical signals such as IP address and browser or device signals. A submission is refused when that check cannot be verified. Resend and Cloudflare publish their own privacy terms for that processing.

The confirmation email contains an unsubscribe link. Using it opts that address out of the programme-updates topic at Resend, so later programme-update sends on that topic are not sent to it. The page says so only after Resend shows the address as opted out. A financing enquiry is separate one-off mail and is not stopped by that link.

Retention. This website does not keep its own subscriber database. Resend keeps the contact record, including whether the address is pending, confirmed, or unsubscribed. To ask for the contact to be removed, use the unsubscribe link or email [email protected] with the subject Privacy. This notice does not set Resend’s own backup retention.

If the email service cannot record a confirmation or an unsubscribe, the page says so and does not claim that anyone was registered or unsubscribed.

Express interest in programme financing

Purpose. An exploratory, non-binding conversation about programme financing. It is not an offer, not an allocation, and not a payment. You cannot invest, pay, or connect a wallet on this website.

The form asks for your name, email address, an optional organisation and role, and your message. It does not ask you to register for programme updates, and it has no wallet, payment, or allocation field.

The same processors apply: Resend accepts the one-off message for delivery; Cloudflare Turnstile checks the submission. The reply-to address is the email address you typed. Acceptance on the page means Resend accepted the message for delivery. It does not mean the message reached an inbox, and it does not mean you have invested, paid, subscribed, or been allocated anything.

Retention. Financing enquiries are one-off mail. This website does not keep a separate copy. The message remains in the recipient mailbox. To ask for deletion, email [email protected] with the subject Privacy and the reference from the confirmation, if you have one. How long that mailbox keeps mail is the mailbox provider’s practice. This notice does not promise a fixed deletion time.

Financing and document uploads

This public website does not accept investments, subscriptions, payments, wallet connections, or document uploads for diligence. Do not send financial account details by email.
