We are evaluating a platform-supported route for eligible investors to help finance the CHR-P research programme, including a permissioned digital record of participation at closing where that proves feasible. If a private financing proceeds, eligible investors would hold contractual interests recorded on a conventional register under private legal documents — not on this website. Any permissioned digital representation would only mirror those register interests for verified holders. The register controls if token and register disagree.
Such a representation would not create medical voting rights, parent-company equity, ownership of the medicine or patient data, or public retail trading. Community membership on this site is not an investment entitlement and does not imply future tokens.
This website cannot accept investment. There is no mint, wallet connect, pay, or subscribe interface here. Percentages, token supply, and price are not published on this site. Any future figures would appear only after formal review and approval for public release.

Where a token would sit in the lifecycle

Ops milestones unlock spend, not distributions. Qualifying receipts, if any, may fund contractual distributions to register holders after expenses and reserves — and those distributions may be zero.
